BRAIN DRAIN

If someone has to define life, it would have been going transcend to expectation. At the crack of dawn, most people endeavor to build the future and they meticulously knit each thread to avoid the constraint. Contriving is not the bone of contention, but the question of this much of effort where is going to destined. Born in a different country and bringing prosperity in others, implicitly affecting and ruining or can say stabbing the vertebrae of the motherland.

As per the recent report, in the last five-year 6 lakh Indians, relinquish their citizenship. Recently, Indian-born techy replaced Jack Dorsey as the new CEO of Twitter. Many eminent organizations like Google, IBM, Microsoft, and many other giants have Indian-origin CEOs. Many Indians acknowledge their success and many altercate. Now the question is where we should celebrate or repentant to lose such edifices. And the biggest question is, how is their success going to help India?



                                                  



Here are some data that show how we lost the treasure of talent.

  • Since 2014, 23000 millionaires left India.
  • India holds the first position for educated and millionaire exodus.
  • After globalization, data represents the large immigration of skilled labor return back and the reason why Indian economy saw boom days but it didn’t remain enduring.
  • As per the report, 7 million Indians were living outside India in the 1990s and 2017, its rises to 17 million exoduses.
  • Most of the students migrated abroad for further studies and ended up doing a job and becoming a permanent residents of host countries.


The reasons why this brain drains or immigration of talent in developed countries landing?


1. Lack of opportunity in the home country

2. Money

3. Infrastructural development

4. threat to job security

5. political instability

6. purchasing power parity


These statistics are so disturbing. The government needs to address this issue and immediately act upon it.
